Shipping Procedure
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email, indicating that we’ve begun processing your order. Processing typically takes 1-3 days (Monday - Friday). After processing, your order will be dispatched, and you’ll receive an email with tracking details  so you can track your order. Transit time is around 4-7 days (Monday - Friday), and the total delivery time from processing to delivery takes 5 to 10 business days.

Shipping costs

We are pleased to offer free delivery on all orders delivered to the United Kingdom.

Delays
If the maximum time for order processing and shipping has passed and your order still hasn't arrived, please allow up to 2 extra days (Monday to Friday) and don't forget to use your tracking code to track your package location.

If your package still hasn't arrived, please contact us, quoting your order number.

Cancellations

If your order has been processed or shipped, please refer to our return and refund process if you wish to return it.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If for any reason, you receive damaged or incorrect items, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Please take photos of the issue and send them to us at support@lunoralivingshop.com. We will promptly review your case and ensure you receive the correct, non-damaged item.
