Return and Refund Policy

Return Window
You have 30 days from the delivery date to return your items. To begin the return process, contact us at support@lunoralivingshop.com.
Please make sure the items are unused, and still in their original packaging with all tags attached. Returns are not accepted if more than 30 days have passed since the delivery date.
Refunds
After we receive your returned package, we'll inspect it. Once approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method. This process may take up to 7 days. We do not charge restocking fees.
Exchanges
Changed your mind and want a different item? No problem! Just reach out to us at support@lunoralivingshop.com with the details of what you'd like to exchange, and we'll guide you through the process.
Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, contact us as soon as possible at support@lunoralivingshop.com. For orders processed or shipped, please wait for delivery of the package then request a return.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
In the event you receive damaged or incorrect items, we're here to help! Take a photo of the issue and email it to us at support@lunoralivingshop.com. We'll make sure to resolve the problem and send you the correct item or a replacement.
